I’m a product leader with experience owning strategy, execution, and outcomes across high-growth, regulated consumer products. I operate as a general manager: accountable for P&L, talent, and the systems that turn strategy into sustained performance.
Most of my career has been spent at the intersection of product, growth, and organizational leadership. I’ve launched 0-to-1 products, scaled teams, and made high-stakes decisions where speed, risk, and long-term durability all matter.

I design organizations so the right decisions happen without constant escalation. That means:

- Setting clear decision rights and operating cadence
- Raising the median performance of the team, not just optimizing for top performers
- Making hard talent calls early when the bar isn’t being met
The goal is an organization that scales, not one that depends on a few individuals.
Executive & Cross-Functional Leadership
I regularly operate at the executive layer. I partner with engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, finance, marketing, and sales.
I’m comfortable:

- It’s better to slow down briefly than to scale something brittle
If a product or team fails, I assume the system—or my decisions—were the root cause.
