Senior Director of Product, Flex
At Flex, I lead the core consumer product team for our flagship housing business—building products for renters in a heavily regulated industry.
Before Flex, I built MyPay at Chime: a 0-to-1 liquidity product that scaled to millions of monthly actives and a $400M P&L with <1% loss rates on the path to IPO. At LinkedIn, I led growth product strategy and user retention efforts.
I’m a product leader with experience owning strategy, execution, and outcomes across high-growth, regulated consumer products. I operate as a general manager: accountable for P&L, talent, and the systems that turn strategy into sustained performance.
Most of my career has been spent at the intersection of product, growth, and organizational leadership. I’ve launched 0-to-1 products, scaled teams, and made high-stakes decisions where speed, risk, and long-term durability all matter.
I’m selectively open to fractional product executive engagements for teams that need to build, reset, or scale.

Product & Business Ownership
I lead product organizations with clear accountability for outcomes. That includes setting strategy, making prioritization and investment decisions, and owning the consequences—good or bad.
My work spans:
- 0→1 product launches and platform expansion
- Growth, activation, and monetization strategy
- Operating in regulated, risk-sensitive environments
- Translating ambiguous problems into focused execution
Systems Over Heroes
The best teams don’t have superstars. They have systems.
I build organizations where decisions are made at the right level (no constant escalation), where junior people get better fast (not stuck waiting for the hero), and where you can hire and scale without everything depending on one person.
How I do it:
- Map decision and governance frameworks (here’s how we decide X, here’s who owns it)
- Build documentation and standards (so knowledge isn’t locked in people’s heads)
- Rotate high-visibility work (spread ownership, grow the team)
Why it matters: If your best person leaves, does the machine break? If yes, you don’t have a system. You have a single point of failure. That’s not scalable.
Executive & Cross-Functional Leadership
I regularly operate at the executive layer. I partner with engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, finance, marketing, and sales.
I’m comfortable:
- Making irreversible decisions under uncertainty
- Navigating tradeoffs between speed, risk, and trust
- Escalating when the business is at risk and committing once a decision is made
- Communicating clearly with executives, boards, and external partners

- Clarity is more valuable than consensus
- Leaders are responsible for the bench they build
- It’s better to slow down briefly than to scale something brittle
If a product or team fails, I assume the system—or my decisions—were the root cause.
